To support Panda´s strategy and our international expansion, we are looking for a “Country Sales Manager” to kick-start our business in the Italian market.
You’ll be leading the launch and growth of the country, managing the sales team, owning the go-to-market strategy and closing and winning the biggest deals. This is both a very hands-on and strategic role that involves being able to build a strategy, managing performance, and leading the team.
You will report to our Head of International Expansion and work hand-in-hand with the headquarter’s teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, People, General Management…). The position is based in Paris

5+ years of hands-on experience working at similar positions (Country Launcher, Country Manager, Head of Sales…), ideally a first-hand “Italy Launcher” experience with B2B customers in a fast-growing Services/SaaS company.
Previous experience implementing successful go-to-market strategies;
Good understanding of the SaaS model of business mechanisms and Sales processes;
Strong ability to convince and negotiate, enthusiasm and perseverance;
Strong analytical experience, and comfortable operating with large data sets and business intelligence tools to generate insight and actionable conclusions
Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results
Thrives in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge, autonomous and efficient;
Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus.

You have worked already and have a Network in the automotive, electrical or mobility industry
You have built a team of KAMs in the country
You have implemented indirect sales channels within your country
