Your mission
Becoming ​the best Key Account Manager to be a strategic piece of the best sales team making PandaGo the leading European platform for renting electric vehicles for companies.
Key responsabilities
  • Achieve business objectives and help contribute to the company's goal.

  • Develop a trusting relationship with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Understanding customer needs and gathering feedback on new and existing products and providing solutions.

  • Listen to customers and work from their perspective, building customer relationships, driving qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights.

  • Communicate our value proposition to a wide variety of audiences, i.e. customers, senior management and internal groups. 

  • Track product in assigned accounts to ensure quality is maintained and seek opportunities for growth

  • Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new market segments, new product features and new products.

  • Collaborate in the negotiation of offerings aligned with company objectives and ensuring the best customer experience

  • Coordinate with business teams on product development initiatives, enabling growth

  • Experience in the Sales area in similar positions being a top performer

  • Know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our customers and our business

We have delivered to our customers hundreds of EVs, avoiding the emission of more than 1.000 tons of CO2. It would take over 100.000 trees to convert that amount of CO2 to oxygen in a year… and this is only the beginning!
