Field Operations Manager Barcelona

Your mission
​Becoming the best  Field Operations Manager to achieve control over all operations within the company. This is important because it is the center of our customer success formula. 
Key responsabilities
 - Guide  operations in the company from start to completion. Since a contract has been signed all the operative to deliver the product to the client 
- Manage all the post-sale ops with clients and coordinate with internal teams, and external providers/partners the delivery and reception of the products/services.
- Manage longtail clients, involving their operations, their day to day, sourcing of products/services, deploy timelines, TAT responsiveness, client service operations relationship and partner relationship with the client involving issues.
- Create protocols and processes to increase productivity and efficiency on the company operations and day to day work in the area of Field Operations.
- Collaborate with Partners on all operational projects and coordination post-sales operative as well as control the field operations team.
- Control all the field and administrative operations, new and existing.
- Control of the fleet, dispatch and maintenance of. 
  • Experience: ideally, you will have experience in Operations Management and you will work in the Operations and Customer Success area reporting to the COO, and always with your teammates supporting in the development of the department. 
  • Desirable experience SMB - B2B Sector
