Your mission

To become the best Junior Customer Success KAM to build trustworthy relationships with clients in PandaGo the leading European platform for renting electric vehicles for companies.


Key responsabilities
  • Support expansion of your accounts–identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successful

  • Identify growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your segment.

  • Work together with the Sales team and other departments to maximize value for customers, as well as upsell and cross sell opportunities.

  • Develop success plans and business reviews for customers that outline 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and educate them on the use and benefits of our products and our industry.

  • Develop strong, trusted and long term relationships with SMB clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our SMB customers, helping them to achieve business value and ROI from their investment.

  • You will attend to the digital incidents of our internal clients and follow up through the generation of tickets to track incidents and have traceability.

  • Work with the Field Operations team to provide solutions to our clients. 

  • Communicate via phone and email to assist customers on issues and follow up on customer service.

  • Become a subject-matter expert to assist customers in the best possible way and share with them the latest developments and best practices.



Requirements
  • Experience in the area of Customer Success.: ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience positions with similar responsibility. 

  • Handle clients on scale 

  • Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management

  • Desirable experience SMB - B2B Sector 

  • Adaptive and learning skills.

  • Analytical, structured, data driven, disciplined.

  • Active listening, empathy.

  • Good communication skills

  • Autonomy & ownership 

  • Stakeholder management and multidisciplinary team management

  • Complete professional competence in English

Who are we & what do we do?


At PandaGo we help create sustainable cities, making it easy for any company to adopt electric mobility solutions for its activity and its employees. 


PandaGo is Europe's first B2B electric vehicle (EV) renting platform. Our business strategically combines an EV renting marketplace with an end-to-end SaaS management platform.


We have delivered to our customers hundreds of EVs, avoiding the emission of more than 1.000 tons of CO2. It would take over 100.000 trees to convert that amount of CO2 to oxygen in a year… and this is only the beginning!


We are a tech startup based in Spain, experiencing exponential growth and backed by a large investment funds (Big Sur Ventures, Kibo Ventures & JME Ventures). We have three main objectives:

2. Develop the leading European B2B EV renting platform.
