Your mission
Provide critical support to the Sales Director in building and running the best successful, predictable and scalable Sales Team, where all Sales Reps are engaged and consistently meeting their individual targets in an efficient and profitable way. Align & engage all company Areas regarding the commercial engine.
Key responsabilities
  • Setting & distributing Sales Territories and Targets

  • Commissioning Model design, set-up and management.

  • Sales Business Intelligence: Setting-up and running management Dashboards & Rituals for Sales Funnel Tracking & Insights, Sales Forecasting, etc 

  • Sales Processes & Tools

  • Sales Team Training

Requirements
  • Experience in the area of Sales Operations: minimum of 3 years of experience positions with similar responsibility. 

  • Heavy user in CRM as Hubspot/Salesforce

  • Complete professional competence in English

  • Analytical, structured, data driven

  • Anticipatory ability, inductive thinking

  • Team Player

  • Empathetic and disciplined, able to deal with stakeholders.

Who are we & what do we do?


At PandaGo we help create sustainable cities, making it easy for any company to adopt electric mobility solutions for its activity and its employees. 


PandaGo is Europe's first B2B electric vehicle (EV) renting platform. Our business strategically combines an EV renting marketplace with an end-to-end SaaS management platform.


We have delivered to our customers hundreds of EVs, avoiding the emission of more than 1.000 tons of CO2. It would take over 100.000 trees to convert that amount of CO2 to oxygen in a year… and this is only the beginning!


We are a tech startup based in Spain, experiencing exponential growth and backed by a large investment funds (Big Sur Ventures, Kibo Ventures & JME Ventures). We have three main objectives:

2. Develop the leading European B2B EV renting platform.
