Support expansion of your accounts–identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successful
Identify growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your segment.
Work together with the Sales team and other departments to maximize value for customers, as well as upsell and cross sell opportunities.
Develop success plans and business reviews for customers that outline
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and educate them on the use and benefits of our products and our industry.
Develop strong, trusted and long term relationships with SMB clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to our SMB customers, helping them to achieve business value and ROI from their investment.
You will attend to the digital incidents of our internal clients and follow up through the generation of tickets to track incidents and have traceability.
Work with the Field Operations team to provide solutions to our clients.
Communicate via phone and email to assist customers on issues and follow up on customer service.
Become a subject-matter expert to assist customers in the best possible way and share with them the latest developments and best practices.
Handle clients on scale
Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management

We have delivered to our customers hundreds of EVs, avoiding the emission of more than 1.000 tons of CO2. It would take over 100.000 trees to convert that amount of CO2 to oxygen in a year… and this is only the beginning!
