Business Development Intern

Your mission
Being the best Business Development Intern will contribute in the making of PandaGo become the leading B2B sustainable mobility platform. 

Key responsabilities
  • Developing analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Support Business Managers & other teammates in multiple departments in their responsibilities.  
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered to our clients.
  • Learn to manage a Client project, by understanding how to address customer needs and communication with the stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools. 
  • Work with different parts of the business to implement improvement.
  • Partner with tech & product teams on product development initiatives, enabling growth.
  • Support Business teams on Client requirements and feedback gathering.
  • Analyze, identify and quantify current and future opportunities.
  • Listen to and work back from customers - building customer relationships, driving qualitative and quantitative research.

PandaGo is a technology company in the B2B sustainable mobility space. Headquartered in Madrid, Spain and expanding throughout Europe, our “Fleet-as-a-Service” turnkey solution integrates a zero-emissions vehicle rental marketplace with self-developed software for managing multi-vehicle & multi-supplier fleet operations as well as outsourced electrification strategy & fleet management services.


We have delivered to our customers hundreds of EVs, avoiding the emission of more than 1.000 tons of CO2. It would take over 100.000 trees to convert that amount of CO2 to oxygen in a year… and this is only the beginning!


We have three main objectives:
